IAL Services
Your participation in certain of our support services will result in your

One basic service of the IAL is our links to Member Web Sites and other
information they have asked be shared. To participate, you must share an email address, because you send us
your request via email. Your email address is not shared with anyone outside of the people who keep the AIL
running. Please be aware that, in the course of sharing your web site or other information, personal
information about you and your medical condition is certain to be revealed.
E-commerce
There are no e-commerce transactions on the IAL web site. Usage of our
website is free. We do not collect credit card numbers or sell goods or services directly from the site. We
do accept donations via Visa and MasterCard. For your convenience in understanding or coping with this
condition and its effects, we do offer links to products sold from other distributors. The IAL does not

Is it Safe To Use My Credit Card?
We use Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) to process your donation. SSL is the
standard mechanism for establishing a secure channel of communications between the client (your computer)
and the server. SSL combines encryption schemes such as public key encryption, authentication, digital
signing and certificates. SSL provides authenticated and encrypted link through which any sort of TCP socket
