| Company Web Page | Listing in the Suppliers Directory as above, plus hosting of your own Web
Page(s). You have the option of providing your own files, or we will develop and maintain the pages for
you. The starting price for hosting your supplied pages is $150 a year for 2 pages. Additional pages are
$10 and up depending on file size. The starting price for LarynxLink developed and maintained pages is $175 a year for 2 pages, plus $25 per hour design fee not to exceed $60. Additional pages are negotiable. |

Normal Billing and Payment Procedure:
Patrons will be billed via email upon the completion of the task.
