Our Lost Chord Club has been meeting since 1956 for the purpose of providing information, support, speech, and other rehabilitation services for the laryngectomee.  We have an active "Visitors Program" for potential and new laryngectomees which serves the New Haven, Middlesex, and part of Fairfield counties.  Anyone can schedule a visit from a fully trained, rehabilitated laryngectomee by contacting the Meriden CT office of the American Cancer Society at: (203)-379-4700, or by fax at (203)-379-5060.

The club also also provides speech therapy through it's affiliation with Southern Connecticut State University and it's graduate speech program. This arrangement provides outstanding benefits to the both the laryngectomee and the graduate student.
